Peugeot has been pumping out peppermills since the mid 19th century, when the company first created its unique channeling and grinding mechanism, and the Bistro peppermill is one of its finest representatives. Constructed in a classic café shape with a natural finish, the mill features channeling grooves that line up and crack the peppercorns, and grinding grooves that perform the fine grinding process. The result is pepper ground finer than with other mills. In addition, Peugeot mills are more durable because the teeth in the grinding mechanism never lock together, resulting in less wear over their lifetime (and yours, as the company offers a lifetime guarantee on the mechanism).
